Crafted in collaboration with the ASCI co-op alongside DLF, it was profiled to mirror the beloved character of our Honduras Honey Decaf, only this time cultivated and created in the mountains of Tolima.
Using the EA (ethyl acetate) decaffeination process, the coffee retains remarkable clarity and sweetness, offering a cup that’s anything but ordinary. Expect comforting notes of dried fig, bright accents of grapefruit, and a warm finish of nutmeg, wrapped in the depth and soul of the origin.
This is decaf with a story. Rich, expressive, and rooted in community.
