Sul de Minas is a mountainous region in the south of Minas Gerais, where the Fazenda Monte Verde is located. The farm has a total size of 575 ha of which 180 ha are designated for coffee cultivation. Today, it has 36 employees and supports more than 20 families in the region. They produce high-quality coffees for which they already won many awards, such as the Cup of Excellence in 2012, 2016, and 2018.
